5. Tournament Participation

When participating in tournaments at GameHaven NL:

• Registration and payment of any entry fees must be completed by the specified deadline.
• Tournament rules will be provided prior to the event and must be adhered to at all times.
• Tournament judges' decisions are final and binding.
• Prize distribution will be as announced prior to the tournament.
• We reserve the right to photograph and record tournaments and use this content for promotional purposes.
• We reserve the right to disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or violation of any tournament rules.

6. Membership and Pricing

• For individual gaming sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit for future use.
• For group bookings and private events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund; cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
• Tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable unless the tournament is canceled by us.
• Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current month's fees.
