3. Gaming Center Rules
When using our gaming centers, the following rules apply:
- You must be at least 14 years old to use our gaming centers. Visitors under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- You must respect our equipment and facilities. Any damage caused to our property may result in charges for repair or replacement.
- Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas. No outside food or beverages are permitted except for water bottles with caps.
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on our premises.
- Offensive or disruptive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, excessive noise, or any behavior that disturbs other clients will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property.
- You agree to comply with all posted rules and staff instructions while on our premises.
4. Booking and Reservations
The following terms apply to bookings and reservations:
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.
- Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
- For group bookings or private events, special terms may apply as communicated at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to assign specific gaming stations based on availability and operational needs, even if specific stations were requested.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your reserved time or cancellation of your reservation without refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Tournament Participation
When participating in tournaments at GameHaven NL:
- Registration and payment of any entry fees must be completed by the specified deadline.
- Tournament rules will be provided prior to the event and must be adhered to at all times.
- Tournament judges' decisions are final and binding.
- Prize distribution will be as announced prior to the tournament.
- We reserve the right to photograph and record tournaments and use this content for promotional purposes.
- We reserve the right to disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or violation of any tournament rules.
6. Membership and Pricing
The following terms apply to memberships and pricing:
- Membership plans and pricing are as advertised on our website and at our facilities.
- We reserve the right to modify membership plans and pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing members at least 30 days in advance.
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- Monthly membership fees are charged automatically on the same day each month unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Special promotions and discounts may be available from time to time and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.
7. Payments and Billing
The following terms apply to payments and billing:
- All prices displayed are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payment by credit/debit card, cash, iDEAL, Tikkie, and other specified payment methods.
- For recurring memberships, we will automatically charge your payment method on file on the scheduled billing date.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are current and valid. Failed payments may result in suspension of services.
- We use secure payment processing systems to protect your financial information.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- For individual gaming sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit for future use.
- For group bookings and private events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund; cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
- Tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable unless the tournament is canceled by us.
- Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current month's fees.

9. Account Registration
When creating an account on our website or for our services:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
